WHY can't I get back on the bandwagon and stick to it!? :( Where was the mindset I had last month, where everything bad wasn't even an option! Now I'm back to "Ehh I'll start tomorrow" UGH!! I'm not getting bored... Last month I was in the zone. Now I feel like I wasted a month on crap!
Breakfast-
- 2 eggs
- Light Shredded Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Ketchup
Lunch-
- Same as yesterday but with an avocado
Snack-
Dinner-
- Leftover squares of the stuffing pie I made awhile ago from the freezer.
- Mashed Cauliflower (Like potatoes)
