Breakfast-

- Mushrooms
- Cheese
- Ketchup
- It's a Farewell Lunch for one of my Partners so we of course ordered sandwiches, fruit, cookies and salads. I'm debunning grilled chicken, mozzarella and red peppers and eating some salad and a diet coke.

Update: SIGH. I had some pizza. Not as much as I use to but DH and I split a DiGornio so it was just a few slices. Still a cheat.
