I'm still drooling over last nights dinner. Yum! We have more than enough Cauliflower mash (Mock Mashed Potatoes!!)for atleast two full dinners. It goes a long way. I weighed in this morning and I'm down 2.4 pounds. Still not at the weight I was last week but almost! If I keep it up, I'll be back there by Sunday/Monday. :)
Breakfast-
- 2 eggs
- Mushrooms
- 1 slice of yellow cheese
- Ketchup
Lunch-
- Same as yesterday and the day before. I know.. Sooo boring. But it's good!
Snack-
Dinner-
- I took some skirt steak out and I'm going to season that up and cook on my george foreman grill with some leftover mashed cauliflower.
