I'm still drooling over last nights dinner. I ended up buying LC Tortillas again, no regrets because I was craving quesadillas. I'm also thinking about eventually upping my carbs from 15-20 to 30 carbs per day. That will allow me to add heartier veggies or even SOME fruit. I have to figure out a menu but for now, I'll eat what I can. Spent quite a bit on groceries over the weekend so I'm good for the week+. Except I'm almost out of avocados and I'd like to get some more before the sale ends on Thursday!
Breakfast-
- 2 eggs
- Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Ketchup
Lunch-
- Parmesan Chicken
- Green Beans
- Avocado
- Ranch
Dinner-
- Not sure yet. I took out two steaks so I'll probably cook those up.
Update:
I had TGIFridays Frozen Hot Wings with some sour cream. No veggies but they were still good!!
