Yesterday I tried on a pair of shorts that didn't fit me last year and they fit! With tons of room to spare. But that's still not good enough for me.
I've decided to stick with Atkins for the time being and adding fruit and whole wheat bread when I'm feeling the need for it. I've also bought low fat cheese in hopes of starting the Insulin Resistance Diet but otherwise it's basically Atkins. I never crave fruit as bad as that sounds but we'll see what happens. I'm still trying to find what's right for me.
15lbs gone in June, 15lbs should of been gone in July. Now it's almost August and I feel like a big fat failure. SIGH!!
Breakfast- (Same thing everyday)
- 2 eggs
- Mushrooms
- LF mexican shredded cheese
- Low Sugar Ketchup- This is disgusting btw. lol
- BL Chicken Breast (Grilled on George Foreman)
- Steamed Broccoli
- Pat of Butter
- Light Peppercorn Ranch
- Light Babybel Cheese
- Parmesan Herb Chicken
- Veggies
