Yea... No comment. I did good in the beginning and crashed.
I'm thinking of stopping the extreme low carb and going on the Insulin Resistance Diet. It was recommended when I become pregnant but I don't know. I think I'll give IR a shot.
It's still a low carb diet just... healthier. I'm pairing the right carbs with proteins.

Dee, I think the IR diet sounds SO much better than what you were doing! So much healthier, with emphasis on low-fat protein sources instead of all the high-fat stuff you were eating before. Also, allowing carbs into your diet, esp. fruits, should keep you from feeling deprived, which is so often the cause of cheats and diets failing. Good luck with this next step!
