I think between me not eating much last night and gorging on peanuts through the week instead of cheating slowed my loss down but 9lbs in two weeks isn't that bad. I would of been happier if it was an even 10 though. Ahh well!!
This week I will be paying more attention to my meals and I plan on creating menu's to make life a bit easier.
Breakfast-
- 1/2 Slice of ham
- 1 cup Sauteed Mushrooms
- 2 Eggs
- 2 oz Mixed Shredded Cheese
- Ketchup
- 1 small seasoned chicken breast
- 2 oz Mixed Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Canned Green Beans (Don't knock it)
- Ranch
Snack-
- 1 BabyBel cheese
- 1 thin larger piece of steak, broiled
- 1 cup Mixed Steamed Cauliflower/Broccoli
- If I have the time, I'm going to make 'Just like stuffed baked potatoes'
Update:
Dinner was a wash because DH picked me up late. I ended up eating a lunch I made *listed above* but added mushrooms and a low carb wrap. I had a few left and I didn't want to toss them so I ate one. I actually ate half of it. So I definitely got my veggies in! Tomorrow it will be the above dinner!

Hi Dee- I wanted to give you a receipt that I used when I did South Beach (I used low-fat cheddar cheese) and turkey bacon. But these are great/ easy breakfasts to make and you can freeze them for the entire week.

Thanks! I've actually made these before and they are quite good. Very easy to do.
