Breakfast-
- 2 eggs, scrambled with mushrooms
- Ketchup
- 1/2 chicken breast
- Avocado
- Ranch
- **I forgot my veggies!!**
- I'm HOPING to make the Filet Mignon tonight.
NEW: I thought I was off when adding my calories and carb count. I missed Sunday! So I'm actually on Day 11. WOO!
Breakfast-
- 2 eggs, scrambled with mushrooms and cheese.
Lunch-
- We went to Applebee's and I had the Shrimp Parm Sirloin, side salad and veggies.
Dinner-
I realized I messed up my dinners. SUNDAY I had the grilled Double Down.
MONDAY I can't remember but I was still good. Ok no more screw ups. I promise!

Well it had to happen sooner or later. Atleast it wasn't Taco Bell though! We had chinese food last night, I had the chicken and broccoli and about 1/4 cup of chicken fried rice that was at the bottom of my food. Otherwise I woke up feeling crappy and very bloated. I hope this didn't put me too far behind. SIGH! But it was good and atleast it wasn't ice cream or Taco Bell...
