Day 13

Lucky number 13!! I've done well in the past 13 days. Other than the horrible rice incident and the few sips of Pepsi during the first week, otherwise I've been good! I think... Apparently Atkins changed the rules in 2002 and I'm use to the diet from before that. DOH! So we'll see what I lost come Monday morning. *Crossing Fingers*

Tomorrow we're going to a Fathers Day BBQ at Hubby's families house so my only request is a knife and fork so I can eliminate the bread. :)

Breakfast-
  • Nada. I got my hair cut and we decided to run erands and ended up doing another bout of grocery shopping.
Lunch-
  • 1 Seasoned chicken breast
  • 1 LC Tortilla
  • Ranch
  • Peanuts
Dinner-
We went to his aunts house and she remembered I was low carbing so she made...
  • Ham
  • Mixed Veggies/Broccoli
  • A Cold Garlic and Vinegar Broccoli
  • Cold Shrimp
  • Cheese and Pepperoni skewers
YUM!
